Visions Shaping the Future Discussed at the Technology Leaders Summit
Organized to shape the future of Türkiye's industry and technology landscape, the Technology Leaders Summit brought together prominent figures from the sector. Our Chairman of the Board, Mr. Adnan Dalgakıran, also took part as a speaker at the summit.
In his speech, Mr. Dalgakıran emphasized the importance of industrial policies in Türkiye’s transition to a high value-added production and technology-based growth model. He stated that “Digitalization of industry, sustainability, and efficiency are no longer a choice, but a necessity.” He also highlighted the critical importance of public and private sectors acting in unison with a common vision.
Addressing global demographic shifts, Mr. Dalgakıran pointed out that declining fertility rates and the shrinking youth population are turning the availability of a qualified workforce into a strategic security issue in the long run. In this context, he underlined the role that digitalization, automation, and artificial intelligence can play in bridging the labor gap.
Mr. Dalgakıran also drew attention to the rapid advancement of humanoid robots and autonomous production systems, predicting that by 2035, a significant portion of production processes will be carried out through autonomous systems. He stressed that Türkiye’s most urgent investment must be in reskilling its human capital to keep up with this transformation.
The summit is seen as a significant step toward outlining the roadmap for Türkiye’s 2035 industry and technology vision.
