In the 3rd year of the Nar Suggestion System, we came together to celebrate our colleagues who contributed to this journey, where we transformed the simplest and most solution-oriented ideas into reality.
Starting with “I have a cool idea!”, we shared our thoughts, collaborated, and refined each suggestion to make it more effective and applicable. Through this approach, we not only enhanced idea generation but also strengthened a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
