We evaluate and update employee wages on a yearly basis, in keeping with performance evaluations and economic indicators.
Food and transportation, uniforms, infirmary and company physician facilities are provided for our employees.
We provide vertical and horizontal career progression opportunities to our employees within the organizational structure of Dalgakıran, in parallel with performance evaluation systems. In individual meetings held within the scope of our periodic performance assessment analysis, we devise individual employee plans based on an exchange of ideas. Existing employees have priority for available positions, which are announced within the company.
