Scope of Warranty

With the exception of limitations stated within the warranty document, the scope of warranty covers reparation or replacement of defective parts or products by the manufacturer or a Dalgakıran Authorized Service office free of charge. Reparation or replacement shall be carried out in compliance with standard product replacement procedures determined by the manufacturer or the relevant authorized dealer.

‘Original’ is safe.

In order to preserve the safety and quality of your compressor, avoid using parts provided by sub-industry whose quality and origin may not be appropriate instead of “original parts.” Although it might be thought that buying unoriginal parts is cost-efficient at the beginning, such parts might lead to irrecoverable risks and great expenses at later stages.
