Summer Internship   Winter Internship With its summer internship program for university students, Dalgakıran has established cooperation between itself and universities. The program provides students with the opportunity to practice and reinforce their theoretical knowledge, and to gain work/life experience. Besides, the company also aims to enrich its employment resources by following students with higher potentials. The internship period starts either in July or August and goes on for a month. Vacancies are declared according to the needs of relevant departments. Internship applications shall be submitted on the corporate web site in April. Electronic applications are then collected and evaluated by the Human Resources Department. In order to apply for internship, interested people shall be university students, use computer efficiently, and work full-time. Additional requirements of separate departments shall be declared. The students whose applications are confirmed as a result of internship interviews by Human Resources Department in May, may start their internship at given dates after they have submitted required documents and have fulfilled required conditions.          Vacational or commercial high school students are expected to submit their applications for the winter internship period until the end of July at the latest. The students admitted to the internship program are announced before the academic year starts. The internship period starting with the academic year goes on until the end of academic year. Interns are expected to work in Dalgakıran for three days a week.
