All factories of the company have been carrying out their activities in a highly conscious environmentalist attitude. The certificates that the company chiefly holds are: ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, Bureau Veritas Type Approval certificates, Turkish and French Lloyd, Ce, Gost-R, and Turqum quality certificates.
Dalgakıran applies “quality” as a primary rule in all stages of production and holds the quality certificates issued by Turkish, and foreign authorities that are required to fulfill certain quality conditions. The standard that provides a considerable competitive advantage especially for exporting industrial enterprises was issued by Bec for Dalgakıran in 2003. The purposes of Dalgakıran with the ISO 9001 standard are as follows:
• Constituting a common quality language and environmental awareness as well as relevant working principles for Dalgakıran enterprise systems.
• Providing Dalgakıran employees, customers and suppliers with reference documents concerning Dalgakıran systems of management.
• Creating management systems to enable improvement in line with the policies, principles and targets of Dalgakıran enterprise systems.
By applying a management system that disciplines all processes of customer demand analysis, market investigation, design, production, after-sale services and their sub-processes, Dalgakıran aims to maximize customer satisfaction with ISO 9001 standard.
