In Dalgakıran, Head Office/Istanbul and distributorships are connected to each other with a network. Stock control in warehouses is tracked by the Head Office with a computer program, and every day this process is done for all warehouses. Quotation requests done by the customers are prepared by computers and then replied. If these quotations are accepted by the customers, firstly it’s checked that whether relevant warehouses have the mentioned products or not, and printed as a list by the printers in warehouses.

After the orders are prepared, they are shipped to our customers as soon as possible with the most secure and most qualified service mentality.
